I can neither access the free or commercial service. We get no responses from the web service. Has something changed today?

The free service crashed some hours ago. It is up again. We monitor the free services, but during night time we do not wake up staff to get it online. We only do this for the commercial service.

I have received tons of emails regarding the subdomain mentioned in a blog posting. Just for clarification the server is the same and if the server crashed the subdomain will also crash. The blog posting was about the rare case that we voluntarily have to take town the domain from the dns because of too many requests. The subdomain will not help against server crashes.

Best
