New Mexico and Texas on Phoenix time?

Hi all,

I'm seeing a corner of New Mexico coming up as "America/Phoenix" timezone. e.g; http://ws.geonames.org/get?geonameId=5466488&style=full

Every reference I can find says that all of New Mexico in on Mountain ("America/Denver") time:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_mexico
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mountain_Standard_Time_Zone
http://www.timetemperature.com/tzus/new_mexico_time_zone.shtml

I also see a corner of Texas on Pheonix time:
http://ws.geonames.org/get?geonameId=5285930&style=full

The wikipedia entry for Mountain time includes "the two westernmost counties (Hudspeth, El Paso) and a portion of Culberson County", which suggests this area should also be Mountain ("America/Denver") time?

Thanks,
Russ
