Missing postal codes in dump premium

The GeoNames dump (including premium edition) has only partial set of zip codes.
Depending on the country, the list of zip codes provided as aternate names can be complete (e.g. Belgium) or very limited (e.g. Italy).

On the other hand when querying the web service http://www.geonames.org/postal-codes/ for Italy, all zi codes are available.

Investigating a bit more, we found specific zip files presenting postal codes at the following URL http://download.geonames.org/export/zip/

Unfortunately the structure of these files does not include GeoNames ID. Furthermore the name of the city is not always the same as the ones provided for the corresponding GeoNames toponym.

Could we rely on the GPS coordinates to make the mapping?

Is it foreseen to include the data from these files inside the GeoNames dump (premium)?
