New PPLHs added as PPL, PPLL and PPLX

Hi,
This is getting really annoying. Some folk added many entries for the old Paris (France, 19th century) like they are current. So instead of having PPLH or PPLCH, we have many PPL, PPLL, PPLX which are irrelevant, or even rogue.
Every one of these entries is named Paris xxx Ancien (which is not accurate for instance), is there a way to replace in one batch all those entries to make them historic as intended ?
