deletes and modifications history

Hi all, I'm new in this forum. I'd like update my database using deletes and modifications files, but I must do it every day downloading new files. Is there an history to process updates one time a week? I can update my DB daily, but if my connection doesn't work just for a day I must download full DB. Thank you, Marco

There is no history available. It is anyhow advisable to download a full dump every couple of months to be sure to not loose any modifications. Marc
