Empty Values in Featcode field

I was wondering if there is a way to tell how many empty values are in the featcode field (http://www.geonames.org/statistics/total.html) similar to the statistics for other codes i.e. AIRP. I believe there is over 130,000 empty ones in the U.S. alone  Cheers,
