RSS to GeoRSS webservice returns static lat/lon values

Hi,

I've been trying to geographically encode an RSS feed as follows http://ws.geonames.org/rssToGeoRSS?feedUrl=http://www.sdublincoco.ie/feeds/planningfeed.aspx?format=xml&type=rss_2.0 . However the GeoRSS returned assigns the co-ordinate <geo:lat>53.3330556</geo:lat>
<geo:long>-6.2488889</geo:long> to each entry regardless of the placenames in the entry detail. This is despite the fact that the placenames are returned correctly by a GeoNames search.

Am I doing somthing wrong?

Any help appreciated.

All entries of the feed are in Dublin. The service returns the coordinates of Dublin, I don't see what else it could possibly do.
