Wrong timezone for new york, new delhi, and brazil.

Hi,

I'm trying to use the timezone service and it seems to be wrong for a few locations I'm testing. For example, new york I'm testing at this address: http://ws.geonames.org/timezone?lat=40&lng=-74

and it's returning the error 'Catastrophic failure Error processing resource 'http://ws.geonames.org/timezone?lat=40&lng=-74'. Line 4, Position 12 ',

Also, new delhi at
http://ws.geonames.org/timezone?lat=25&lng=76
is returning a gmt offset of 0 when it should be +5:30.

Brazil is off by an hour as well.

If anybody has a solution to this problem or knows what's going on, I'd appreciate the info. Thanks in advance!
