Using rssToGeoRSS for feeds already containing <georss:line> data

Hi, I'm having trouble getting an RSS news feed which already contains georss tags to work within Google Earth.

At the moment, I have created a 'Network Link' with the following Link:
http://ws.geonames.org/rssToGeoRSS?type=kml&feedUrl=http://www.nanaimo.ca/subscribe/incidents.aspx

The web service is parsing the text, finding the city name, and replacing ALL previously georss-encoded street segments with a generic georss Point for the city.

How can I get this web service (or what other one should I use?) to take the RSS news feed and just simply convert it to KML ? Or, what SHOULD I be doing instead ?

Thanks,
Steven.
