ok, about other fields 'nimi' means 'name' and 'elanikke' stands for population, it's used like Code:

elanikke = 76
or
elanikke = 76 (2006)
or
elanikke = 76 (13.1.2006)

I'm not familiar with cvs. But if you can post here the code snippet used for harvesting {{coor dms|...}} template, then I can provide my version for harvesting this 'Populated place of Estonia' template.

Hallo, how to get coordinates template used in Estonian wikipedia harvested by geonames?
