Go to http://geotree.geonames.org/?id=BE and enable capitals and open the Flanders tree. It's showing capitals for all Flemish provinces but not for "Provincie Vlaams Brabant", this should be Leuven. Can I add it myself and if so, how?

Fixed. A link between Leuven and the province was missing.

There is still a lot of work to do for Belgium :
- link "sections of commune" (PPLX) to "communes" (PPL)
- translate place names in other languages
