I have encountered cases where names are phonetically translated to English but classified under the local language.
Shouldn’t alternate names be spelled only using the alphabet of the language under which they are classified?
For example:
The name “Kefar Witqin” has the alternate name spelled “Kfar Vitkin” that is classified under Hebrew where I believe it would be a lot more appropriate for any practical application to classify this phonetic translation under English.
