Seems to have ambiguity with Taussat (suburb of Lanton)
33138 = Lanton
33148 = Taussat (commune de Lanton)

But it seems you have a choice
You will find

Rue Guy Celerier 33138, Lanton
Rue Guy Celerier 33138 Lanton-Taussat
Taussat is already a geonames PPL: 'Taussat-les-Bains'
