Hi again, Marc:
there are locations between parenthesis as for example:
2634219 (( West Yorkshire ))
2634343 (( West Midlands ))

Why are the parenthesis?

Hi Isa

I don't exactly know what it means. I have the impression that it is used for administrative divisons, often for obsolete divisions after a restructure of the admin divisons of a country.
