Wrong province in downloable TXTs (missmatch)  XML

Hello,

I noticed that -at least some- provinces in the downloable TXTs are not matching with other of your services. (txt info is wrong in some cases)

For example, in cities15000.txt, "3430709 Mercedes" is wrongly set to "Cordoba" province, although it is in "Corrientes". Other services in your page show the correct information.

See both screenshots showing the difference attached.

It happens with many other entries in the same txt file.( E.g. 3835793 Santo Tomé, 3433899 Formosa, etc)

you are probably using another coding system for the adm1codes and therefore you get a confusion.
In order to get the adm1name you have to lookup the feature with the same code and featureclass ADM1.
On the adm1 level it is the global fips code, on lower levels it is where possible a national code.
