the "Tashi Yangtse district" (ISO "TY") split from Tashigang (id: 1337292) in 1992.

I didn't say that this district is a new adm1. Would it be possible to create a new entry ?

Hi,

this entry is displayed in the admin list (http://www.geonames.org/BT/administrative-division-bhutan.html). However, it still can't be found in the database...

Would it be possible to add it?
