I'm having a problem accessing the commercial services with my username - I get the following message:
Error: Please provide a valid username for the commercial GeoNames web service or use the free ws.geonames.org server. Thank you for your understanding.
When I got to the account page for monitoring use I get the following message:
Error: your user account is not enabled for this service.
I have sent more detailed emails with my username etc. to info and Marc. We're stuck until this and the other issue mentioned in the email are resolved.
