I have fixed it. It is nothing you are doing wrong. Someone changed the feature code from Bangalore and someone else corrected this, but the web service is running on another server than the edit interface and it got out of sync and did not receive the correction. I have now manually syncronized the servers.
We am acutally considering to stop updates for India as the contributions for India are of rather low quality. I have no idea why, but they don't care about the feature codes and put any code for anything, which breaks most services and logic.
