Hi,

I intend to (incrementally) fix the ADM1 (Il) / ADM2 (Ilce) relations for Turkey. This would modify about 1000 nodes. If I ever get around to fix the ADM3 (Köy) data, that would modify another ~18.000 nodes.

Is there a web service where I can automatically modify data?

I think I could create SQL update statements from my application, but I don't want to bombard you guys with change requests

Hi Hakan

There is an API to update and insert records. I can send the details to you if you are interested.
It is also possible to send a list with the changes to me and I run the update as a batch job.

Best

Yes, I'd love to have a look at the API. Either PM or direct email to hakan @ gurkensalat.com would be fine.

I'd really love to use the API instead of change lists because this work will be on-and-off, whenever I find time for it, so you would be swamped in lots of smallish changes over a large period of time. On the other hand, I'd rather avoid having to manually enter those relations

Hakan
