what is language indicates in country info
e.g
ar-AE,fa,en,hi,ur

is this indicate number of language spoeknin that country?

for getting the name of language which table should i consider and how to map ?

Yes.

You can get the language names from the iso-languagecodes.txt file in the dump directory:

ar-AE,fa,en,hi,ur

ar = Arabic
ae = Avestan

are we following ISO 639-1 for languages?
what is ar- AE in this?

is there any significance of putting '-' symbol here?
How do i map this ar-AE?

'AE' stands for 'United Arab Emirates' and ar-AE for Arabic in the local form spoken in the United Arab Emirates.
