Going by the data found in

http://download.geonames.org/export/dump/US.zip

Listings for Idaho cities west of longitude -115, for example, are given as America/Los_Angeles.

Hi Jim

I think I have found and fixed the error causing wrong timezones for a lot american GeoNames toponyms.
