Well, I have posted my question in last minutes but I could not find that one. I have to post a new one and add more details to my question:

I have tried to use other web services. All of them work fine, except the one I am using: http://ws.geonames.org/cities?. I do not know if this is because I have used it too often, which I really do not think so.

So is there someone could help me about it or give me some suggestion ?
