Hello, I'm looking for a developer to create a web based or database (ms access) based aplication for service centres in spain.

What we need is when a client calls us, imput their postal code, and the type of service need and crosscheck with our servicecenter database (300 entries) to see wich are the three nearest service centres.

anyone can help?
