Hi. Was checking SE Postal codes and noticed that a lot of the Places were linked to placeIDs once you clicked on them. JP does not have this same linking.
In the postal zip files, each postal code is assigned a place name but no placeID. How are the postal codes assigned specific places with IDs in the website but not the zip files? Is this computed somewhere else?
