Hello,

I am reporting a schema error for the following record: URL: https://www.geonames.org/6413338/kigali-province.html GeoNames ID: 6413338

1. THE ERROR: The primary English name is listed as "Kigali Province".

2. THE REALITY: "Kigali Province" does not exist. While this entity functions as a first-order administrative division (ADM1), its legal name under the Rwandan Constitution and ISO 3166-2:RW is "City of Kigali". It is distinct from the 4 actual provinces (North, South, East, West). The entity functions as both an administrative entity and capital of Rwanda

3. REQUESTED FIX: * Rename the primary English label from "Kigali Province" to "City of Kigali".

Sources: ISO 3166-2:RW, Constitution of Rwanda.
