Hello,

Minneapolis, MN (USA) has an open data portal of GIS information that includes all sorts of community and administrative boundaries. I looked at the list of sources for GeoNames, and this site is not included. I think this source should be added to GeoNames but I'm (obviously) not at a user level to do that. Who do I contact to get it set up? The source is: https://opendata.minneapolismn.gov/
Data can be downloaded in the following formats: CSV, Shapefile, GeoJSON, KML, and File Geodatabase.

If it's too much or not possible to integrate all of Minneapolis' open data into GeoNames, I'd still like to manually add boundaries for the neighborhoods and communities (groups of neighborhoods) in Minneapolis, MN. I understand that my user level just allows me to add places as points (not areas). How might I get these boundaries added?

In case it's helpful, I've included the zipped Geodatabase files for both the communities and the neighborhoods as attachments on this post.

Thanks for your help!
