Hello Administration Team,

While reviewing Ethiopia’s administrative hierarchy, I noticed a few areas that may benefit from updates. Specifically, there appear to be some ADM2 and ADM3 options that are currently missing, as well as a small number of existing ADM2 and ADM3 entries that may need to be removed.

To help clarify these suggested changes, I have created an Excel document outlining all proposed modifications. The document is organized into three sheets:

- The first sheet lists the ADM2 options that should be added.

- The second sheet lists the ADM3 options that should be added.

- The third sheet identifies ADM2 and ADM3 options that may be removed.
