I have used the API endpoints like:

http://api.geonames.org/searchJSON?name_equals={search_tems}&maxRows=10&username={username}&featureClass=P";

search_tems = "Sydney".

We used contact form 7 wordpress plugin for form submission.

API is working fine. but when i submistting the form showing thwe error

Error is like:
" Undefined value was submitted through this field. "

If Anyone has solution, please help. Thanks in adavance.
