I'm trying to get cities for Poland but with no city districts. So, the problem is that feature code = PPL may contain both a city district or a city:

For example:

https://www.geonames.org/3098171/grzegorzki.html

is a PPL, but in fact is a city district.

There's another "Grzegórzki" which seems to be a correct one (ADM4):

https://www.geonames.org/12572275/grzegorzki.html

Is that incorrect data? It applies to the Poland - many city parts are PPL and not PPLX / ADM4 - not sure how this is stored in other countries.
