Hello,

I am trying to fix an issue with the hierarchy for Turin, Italy but am unable to due to my user level. Can someone please either fix the following issue or update my user level so that I can make the change? Thank you!

Issue:
The hierarchy for city Turin includes one of it's neighborhoods (Centro - Crocetta) as the bottom level of the city hierarchy. From what I can see looking at other cities, this is incorrect and a neighborhood should not be included in the city hierarchy.

Fix:
Remove adm4 (Centro - Crocetta) from the Turin city hierarchy.
