From 18 November 2023, following the incorporation of the Italian municipality of Albaredo Arnaboldi into the territorial district of the municipality of Campospinoso whose name changes to Campospinoso Albaredo (PV).

The news comes from https://www.istat.it/it/archivio/6789

Both features are available in GeoName, how it is possible to merge both in the new one Campospinoso Albaredo?
