Since 2011, the commune of Brazzaville and the departement of Brazzaville are 2 different administrative entities : see the two 2011 laws https://www.sgg.cg/textes-officiels/congo-loi-2011-12.pdf (limits of commune) and https://www.sgg.cg/textes-officiels/congo-loi-2011-14.pdf (limits of department).

The commune is part of the department so the department should be ADM1 and the commune ADM2

There is currently 2 adm features for Brazzaville : 2572183 (ADM1) and 11996220 (ADM2).

So the first should be the department : the name is wrong and some alternate names are wrong (one of the english names is wrong, wikidata should be Q31896818, there is no wikipedia page for the department).

And the second should be the commune (name should be improved, wikidata Q3844 and wikipedia link could be added).

I just created an account so I have a user level 1 : to improve both features, I need a user level 2.

Could someone controls the above informations and, if agree, improve these features ?
