A huge amount of ADM1 / ADM2 are incorrectly set in New Zealand to Auckland

For example

Hot water beach - Auckland
http://geonames.org/6235145
Should be Waikato > Thames-Coromandel District

Doubtless bay - Auckland
https://www.geonames.org/6228615/doubtless-bay.html
Should be Northland > Far-North-District


The best way to view this is to go to the mapview of this page https://www.geonames.org/2185815/ohope-beach.html

Zoom out so you can see the North Island

In the search area type bch auckland
Additionally you can type bay auckland to see other examples


You can also zoom to the far north or Tauraunga / Hamilton Regions and type Auckland to see other examples

These are the feature codes that are impacted though I am sure there are others
BAY,BCH, ISL, PT, HLL, STM, RESV,BLDG,GRGE
