Hello,
I was working on populating a database of cities from Morocco.
I have seen a few things I want to improve.
Admin subdivision names are in French for Morocco, which is correct. But what should be named « Région de l'Oriental » appears as « Oriental Region »
A subdivision like Cercle de Taourirt (ADMD) has no admin level in the database, but I've figured it should be an ADM2, with the same admin_code1 as Région de l'Oriental
How can I update it myself ?

Ok, even though some admin divisions are ADMD, I somewhat managed to tie them to their parent (as it's done in the Geonames webservice).
If I understand well :
- An entry with a P feature has exactly the same admin codes as its direct parent, so is at the same level
- An entry with an A feature has exactly the same admin codes as its direct parent, plus another code for the sublevel
- An entry with an ADMD feature has exactly the same admin codes as its direct parent, but has no code for its sublevel (and has no children with an ADMD and the exact same admin codes)
Is it always true ?

You can add translations in other languages as alternate names. The main name is normally in English.
ADMD are administrative divisions of unspecified level. Normally they will be changed to the correct ADM level when a good source is available. Sources are often the statistical office, as they usually also provide an official code to identify the admin divisions.
Nothing is always true. In many countries there is missing data, in other countries the data is not missing but for some local historic reasons the admin levels are not the same all over the country.
