Hi! The allCountries.zip file for postal codes (https://download.geonames.org/export/zip/) has only about 100 countries

I have some questions about missing countries.

Does the premium version have postal codes for all countries?

What is stopping GeoNames from having all countries' postal codes in the dataset? Is it primarily a licensing issue?

Is there any way to derive the postal codes from the gazetteer data? (e.g. join admin_name1 with admin_name2)
