A user has requested that features within the Islamabad Capital Territory have an administrative hierarchy of adm1 = Islamabad (08 ). Currently several features have the incorrect adm1 = Punjab (4).
For example:
Islamabad Marriott Hotel. Approximately at N 33°42′36″ E 73°04′34″
