The county Dyfed in Wales has not existed for many years – it was divided into Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

For Example:
The correct match for "Aberystwyth, Dyfed, Wales” should be “Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, Wales”.
