Hey Marc, it's me again. Both Ethiopia and Tanzania have new ADM1 subdivisions (http://www.geonames.org/ET/administrative-division-ethiopia.html) and this thing: https://www.geonames.org/11124984/songwe.html but the Ethiopians need to be created (I would, but I either don't have a sufficient level or don't know how) and Songwe needs an ISO (31, https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:TZ), so that they would start returning proper data. Could you update them all? The capitals of the two Ethiopians are Awasa (http://www.geonames.org/343137/hawassa.html) for Sidama and Bonga (http://www.geonames.org/341742/bonga.html) + Mizan (http://www.geonames.org/330534/mizan-teferi.html) for the South West Ethiopia Peoples' Region.
