Hi there

First time here so hello everybody, I'm from France and working in the parcel tracking services area.

I have identified many postal codes that do not seem to be included in the base.
I'm wondering what's the most easiest/efficient way to return my findings and what information - besides the country code / postal code should be added.
I suggest a CSV file (that's how my findings are actually) but could reformat as needed.
