This ADM3 https://www.geonames.org/8740148/harirud.html does not exist.

It is actually a river that already exists as a stream here: https://www.geonames.org/8740153/harirud.html

As a result, please remove the geoname ADM3 https://www.geonames.org/8740148/harirud.html

Also, please upgrade my user level, I want to fix data on many geonames, as I use the database in my company.

I still see my profile as user level 1.
Did you upgrade the correct profile?
Mine is 'jraff'

Do you still get the same error? Did you logout/login again?

Oh, I wasn't aware I would have to logout and login again.
I did it and now I can see I'm user level 2.
