Hi,
Please help me how to reslove below duplicate city problem. These are few examples which i can able to extract from "allCountries.zip" file.

City names are not unique per country. At the contrary they are often different cities with the same name in the same country.

That's a very poor reply. Its clear to see that there are many duplicates of exactly the same city.
