By following the link http://www.geonames.org/search.html?q=Band-e+Juy&country= I can see that the first and third records have the same name (Band-e Joy) and same set of alternative names and both of them are in Afghanistan. It seems to me that it is the same mountain Band-e Joy stretched from Wilāyat-e Dāykundī (first-order administrative division) to Vardak (first-order administrative division). Can you confirm?
I have never been to Afghanistan and the other sources I have are not so complete to include this information. It is possible that one is a duplicate, but it is also possible that two mountains in different regions have the same name. Googleing doesn't help either as there are tons of spam sites using our data.
