We're using the GeoNames service to power our location search on the Ramblers website. We have groups in Hull who are complaining because a search for 'Hull' (ie not the full correct name of Kingston upon Hull) do not return results for that city in the gazetteer search.

Is it possible to update the database such that Kingston upon Hull is returned as a top result when a user searches just Hull?

(for reference, the user tells us that everyone in the area simply refers to the city as 'Hull' so that is what people search for).
