Hello GeoNames team,

First of all, thank you for this platform and your hard work.

I want to raise a really important point: Headers are missing with the provided data and it's really important to know the exact designation of each column so we can address it right in our DBs.

Please could you annotate the files: allCountries.zip and cities15000.zip so I can use them?
