Hi,

I have noticed some incorrect time zones in the cities data files. I thought I'd try updating them.

I started with an easy one: Zhanjiang in China is in Guandong and should have the time zone Asia/Shanghai, but it has Asia/Urumqi instead.

Zhanjiang was previously reported in [1] and shouldn't be controversial as it's a long way from Xinjiang, the part of China associated with Asia/Urumqi.

I registered and tried editing directly but I don't have rights.

Please let me know if these kind of updates are welcome. If they are, I don't know how many updates I'd want to suggest yet, but it might be in the 10s.

If there's a good way to communicate updates that I'd like to propose in future in a structured form please let me know. My default choice would be something like Google sheets, e.g. perhaps I could provide an identifier, the current time zone, the proposed time zone and some kind of justification or references to support the proposed change.
