I've been working with the individual country postal code files for India, and under the accuracy variable for longitude/latitude, I've noticed a lot of observations coded as "3".
The readme.txt file only has value labels for 1=estimated, 4=geonameid, and 6=centroid. Does anyone know what "3" is meant to be?
