688507 used to be for Yampil' but seems to have been reassigned to another location entirely (Ulyanivka).

Similar situation with 693020. Used to be Spiridonovka and is now Yampil.

Both changes seem to have been done contemporaneously by the same user in May. Was this a bad update or are we to use 693020 for Yampil going forward? Thanks.

UPDATE:
Another anomaly with a Ukranian place. Seems like 864871 was deleted but 696312 was created to take its place. Again, seems to be the same user as above who created the new entity.
