Hi,
I wanted to ask you to fix a few things in Israeli cities, that my user's level is not high enough to fix.

1) There are two settlements that are mistakenly categorized under Palestine instead of Israel:

http://www.geonames.org/283991/efrata.html

Even though technically west bank settlements are not located on Israeli territory, people who live there are Israelies and those cities should be found on Israeli web sites, so it is better to sign those settlements under Israel.

Please fix it.

2) The popular Hebrew name currently set for the city of Tel-Aviv is 'תל אביב',
But it should be 'תל אביב-יפו' (Tel Aviv Yaffo) as both Tel Aviv and Yaffo, are the same municipality since 1949 and 'תל אביב-יפו' is both the formal and popular name of the city.

Please switch the popular name settings from 'תל אביב' to 'תל אביב-יפו'.

I believe I've already contributed more than a hundred corrections to cities in Israel.
Please consider raising my user level, as it will make it easier for me to issue fixes.

In fact, this is still a problem.

The following list of cities are under "PS" when they should be "IL". Likewise, the time-zone is "Asia/Jerusalem" and not "Asia/Hebron". Using the incorrect information makes it impossible to rely on the data.

I have checked the first on the list and it has feature code
STLMT israeli settlement which seems correct to me.
The settlement is outside of Israel proper, using a specific feature code points out this very special situation.
I understand the issue with the timezone. I have made a bulk update of all STLMT features to Asia/Jerusalem

It is showing primary country as PS and alternate as IL.

I'm sorry, but that is simply wrong, factually. All the names I listed are solely under IL governance, the residents are IL citizens and subject to IL law. Regardless of them being a "settlement" or not, they are most definitely *not* part of PS.

This is not just a fact-check issue, it's a literal safety issue.
