I'm running the following query
<text> is UTF8 and url encoded

With <text> = arian
=> ID 2293538 is the result

With <texte> = arian
=> No results

The only difference between the two <text> is a simple quote: Good practice '

Is it normal to have no results with the second query? If the answer is yes, can you explain why?
