Hello guys! The Chobe District is missing in your database. It's centered around the Chobe National Park (http://www.geonames.org/maps/google_-18.667_24.5.html), its population is 23,347 and the headquarters is in Kasane (http://www.geonames.org/maps/google_-17.817_25.15.html). It split from North-West a few years ago. I tried to add it, but my userlevel is insufficient. Could someone please do it? Thanks!

Thanks for pointing this out.
I have resurrected the former entry for Chobe:
http://www.geonames.org/933840/chobe-district.html

Wikipedia lists 17 districts, where we have now 16. The town 'Orapa' is listed as district:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Districts_of_Botswana
Do you know whether this is correct?
I don't see it here:
http://www.gov.bw/en/Ministries--Authorities/

Best Regards

Marc

As far as I know, it's not a separate entity. It's part of Central District. It's only listed on Wikipedia, and we both know how reliable Wikipedia is. Thanks for taking care of this!
